About Wasif
I’m a student at UCL studying theoretical physics and I want to teach as I believe it’s creates a mutually beneficial relation. Me teaching helps me learn my topic better and solidify my foundations whilst the student benefits from my position as a student myself while also being a tutor before too. I focus on concepts, ideas and motivations behind methods and topics.
My grades are A*A*A* in maths, further maths , physics at a level.

During my lessons, I first want to identify problem areas. This will be done by going through some questions and seeing if my student understands the material and what topics they struggle with. Then I’ll spend some time teaching the idea and reason why, which is key, then move onto the next topic. My goal is for the student to really understand and be able to manipulate the concepts on their own, this creates motivation to pursue further topics on the subject and guarantees high marks as a bonus.
