About Kenneth
All my life, I’ve been trying to answer one question: "Why am I the way I am?" People come in all shapes and sizes. They behave in unexpected ways, say things that defy logic or common sense. Why is that? Hi, I’m Kenneth. I’m a university student with a background in personal training and nutrition — but what truly drives me is the question of why: Why we think, act, feel, and change the way we do. I’d love to be part of your journey in making sense of the world — and helping you perform better in it, one insight at a time.
