About Ibrahim
As a graduate from the University of Birmingham, I understand first-hand the challenges students face. During my own studies, I believed that simply doing more revision and asking questions in class would be enough, but I came to realise that effective learning is more about understanding how to think, not just what to learn.
That experience shapes the way I teach today. I focus on building confidence, encouraging independent thinking, and helping students develop the skills they need to succeed both in exams and beyond. I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and pushing themselves.
I am committed not only to improving academic performance, but also to supporting students' personal development - helping them become more confident, disciplined, and self-assured in their abilities.

Graduate from the University of Birmingham, offering structured and supportive online tutoring in English (GCSE & A-Level Literature and Language), as well as Sociology and Criminology at all levels.
My teaching approach is centred around each individual student. I tailor every lesson to suit your current ability, learning style, and academic goals. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand explanations, while building confidence and independent thinking.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though this can be adjusted depending on your needs. Lessons usually include a mix of content review, guided practice, and exam-style questions, with regular feedback to track progress and ensure improvement.
I am highly dedicated to supporting my students both during and outside of lessons. If you have questions after a session, I’m more than happy to help in my own time whenever possible, so you can keep making progress!
Lessons are suitable for GCSE and A-Level students in English, as well as Sociology and Criminology at all levels.
