About Huylong
I graduated from the University of California Irvine with 3 Bachelor of Science degrees in (1) Biomedical Engineering, (2) Chemistry, (3) Biology, and a minor in Materials Science Engineering. I decided to specialize in pursuing my masters degree in biomedical engineering at UCI with a research investigation thesis on a microfluidic based device for cancer cells.

I have previously worked as a chemistry and physics tutor at UC Irvine during my undergraduate career for the UCI Learning Academic Resource Center (LARC). I've taught multiple groups of students and was in charge of organizing worksheets and problem sets to reinforce concepts discussed by their professors. Additionally, I've hosted classroom sized review sessions to prepare my students for their exams. My teaching strategy is to cater to my student's learning needs.
