I like to teach students with the experience that I have been through in the past because with experience there are a lot of things a student can learn from a person like me. I generally like to teach students by giving them more practical tests because a subject like IT is supposed to be approached in a practical manner rather than a theoretical manner. I am personally co-operative and can adjust to my students' knowledge just to make them better. At the end of most lectures, I shall give assignments to my students to improve their knowledge and keep in touch with the subject.
