As a dedicated educator and experienced scientist, I aim to create a learning environment where every student feels supported, confident, and capable of mastering even the most challenging scientific concepts. With a BSc in Chemistry, an MSc in Biochemistry, and a PhD in Molecular/Cell Biology from the University of British Columbia, I bring a solid academic foundation combined with over 12 years of hands-on research experience in biochemistry and life sciences.
I currently teach at Concordia University of Edmonton, where I design and deliver courses in Cell Biology, Human Physiology, and Environmental Science. My teaching style is warm, patient, and student-focused. I explain complex ideas in a simple, clear, and structured way—always prioritizing deep understanding rather than memorization. Many of my students appreciate my ability to break down difficult topics into easy, relatable concepts that make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
