About James
My name is James, and I'm currently a student at the University of Manchester. I did Maths, Physics and Computer Science at A-Levels, acheiving good grades, so I know what it takes to do well. Throughout my school life, and even now at uni, if someone doesn't understand something, I'm normally their first port-of-call, so I'm used to explaining concepts to other students and helping them understand.

When first approached, I like to find out what topics you struggle with the most in the subject (as well as the exam board). From there, we will have a session personalised to you. My ideaology is that less is more, i.e. you don't need to spend huge amounts of time on a subject or topic, as long as the time you do spend is worthwhile. This is how I do my sessions. I take the topics you struggle the most with, and the exam board of the subject, and create a session which mixes teaching from me and answering questions from you so that we can maximise how much you learn. At any time you can stop me if you don't understand something or want to ask a question etc.
