About Emily
I have more than two years of experience as a private tutor, and worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Michigan for five semesters. Individualized education is essential to success. I firmly believe that every student deserves a chance to find the learning methods that work for them, whether it's with me or with other teachers.

Not every approach works for every class or every student. With experience working with a wide variety of students and knowledge of many course structures, I can help you build a specific strategy for each course that will allow you to succeed.
I teach private lessons as well as group lessons; while I prefer longitudinal tutoring, I am also available for exam crash sessions or class consulting.
