About Rhiannon
I began my teaching journey at the start of lockdown, I provided one-to-one tuition for 15 students in maths and the sciences for over two years.
During this time I received an offer to study Chemistry at the University of Oxford, after I had spent two years studying mathematics in depth at a specialist maths school. While making the transition to Oxford I decided to take a break from teaching to ensure I settled into my studies successfully.
Now I am continuing with my passion for tutoring while finishing my degree and then I plan to turn my passion into a career by training as a maths teacher.

Hi I’m Rhi :)
As a student myself with combined type ADHD, I take an engaging and patient teaching style as I can personally understand the struggles that ADHD students face when learning, and I have also found my teaching style to be equally successful in all students I have taught. I believe this is due to how I tailor each lesson to the individual students’ needs.
I am more than happy to provide and mark work that I can set after each lesson to consolidate learning. And I have found google classroom to be a good resource for me to share helpful exam past papers, exam technique advice and general notes as well as setting homework.
