About Niran
As a neuroscience student, I’m especially interested in how people learn, process language, and retain information, which shapes the way I teach. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—instead, I adapt my lessons to fit each student’s individual strengths, challenges, and learning style. Whether a student is working on reading comprehension, essay writing, or grammar, I use strategies that align with how their brain best understands and remembers information. This might include breaking concepts into smaller, manageable steps, using repetition and active recall, or connecting material to topics they find interesting. My background in neuroscience allows me to be intentional about how I structure learning, making it both effective and engaging. Ultimately, my goal is not just to help students improve their skills, but to help them feel more confident and capable. I want each student to develop the tools they need to think critically, express themselves clearly, and grow into independent readers and writers.

I am an English reading, writing, and grammar tutor who focuses on adapting my teaching to each individual student. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor lessons based on a student’s strengths, challenges, and learning style. Whether a student needs help with reading comprehension, essay structure, grammar fundamentals, or developing their voice in writing, I adjust my methods to meet them where they are. I incorporate specialized strategies—such as breaking down complex texts, using guided practice, or connecting lessons to a student’s interests—to make learning more effective and engaging. My goal is not only to improve skills, but to build confidence and help each student become a more independent and thoughtful reader and writer.
