About Carlos
Philosopher from the Nacional University of Colombia, Master in Psychoanalysis and Theory of Culture, Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. Intensive studies of drawing at the Barcelona Academy of Art, I have been university professor at the Faculty of Arts, University of Pamplona, as well at the Autónoma University of Bucaramanga in areas such as Drawing, Aesthetics and Philosophy of Art, Citizenship, Logic and sociology.

My teaching methodology is the method called "sigth-size", Realistic classic. Methodology that arises in the great art workshops in France and Italy. The translation could be read as perspective and size, a method that seeks to train the gaze so that the representation of the object is as accurate as possible to reality. It is an analytical methodology, which implies a lot of patience and dedication, which literally teaches how to draw, that is, it teaches how to realistically capture the representation. This method does not exclude the others, rather, it allows training the gaze in terms of depth and perspective so that by default, it qualitatively improves any other form of drawing, and this is perhaps its greatest virtue, so from my perspective it is the best drawing method there is.
