About Sikander
I have worked in both primary and secondary schools. I have been a tutor for two years.
I am currently tutoring students in Maths and Science. I also work on the student's study habits to improve their technique and confidence.
I have taught different types of student; students with behavioural problems, severe social anxiety, autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

"If you can`t explain it simply, you don`t understand it well enough". This principle is central to my teaching philosophy. I identify gaps in my student`s knowledge by asking questions, encouraging them to learn by thinking through the problem for themselves.
If life has taught it me anything, it is that most people are not achieving as much as they could. I teach because I am passionate about helping my students achieve their potential.

Sikander is my Brother in law and he is very engaging and supportive, he has an excellent ability to relate with younger people. Sikander’s is approachable and I have seen his efforts first-hand in helping the five teenagers in our family with their motivation, confidence and focus in working towards their goals.
I am friends with him and have known him for a while and we work together in a care home and he’s very good at his job and very good with the residents and I know he will be very good with the children he will be teaching
