About Francesca
I have had tutors since GCSE's and therefore I know what makes an effective tutor. I haven't ever given proper lessons to anyone but I know I am effective with teaching as I have helped my younger sister throughout her GCSE's. I often helped peers to understand work throughout A-Level.

My teaching method is flexible. I understand that each student is different and have a different approach when it comes to learning. I focus on working out the best way the child learns before I start to get into the depths of the subject.
I will have an introductory session to gauge the student's most efficient way of learning. I will ask the student beforehand what they are struggling on to gather some pieces of information together and then provide them with different ways to tackle the issue. At the end of each session there will be a small piece of homework so that I can check next time that they fully understand the topic.
