My teaching methods are inclusive, o do not diagnose nor label learners. I believe that all learners can learn despite their inabilities. I therefore pay more attention to how the learner prefers learning, what their strong points are and then help strengthen their skills and abilities. In my lesson i make sure that i engage learners by having them do most of the talking as i facilitate and mediate. I let learners engage with the content instead of trying to teach them what and how to pass. They have to show understanding of the content instead of cramming it to pass.
