About Makai
My academic background has given me a rigorous, hands-on foundation in the core mathematical and scientific principles I teach. Navigating advanced university coursework in general biology, human physiology, and higher-level math has not only sharpened my own analytical skills but has also given me a deep appreciation for the fundamental building blocks of these subjects. This background allows me to break down complex, intimidating concepts in pre-algebra, geometry, trigonometry, biology, and physiology into clear, digestible steps that students can easily grasp.
