About Ray
To put it simply, I love physics. It's been both a passion of mine and a career goal from a very early age. I love learning more about it and sharing my knowledge of it with as many people as I can. I reject the idea that some of us just aren't wired for maths or physics, and fundamentally believe that the right combination of curiosity and practice can lead anyone to not only academic improvement in these subjects but also to a more intense passion for learning.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to learn and understand even the most complex concepts in mathematics and physics that are presented at GCSE and A-level. Since I am an undergraduate physics student planning to do a PhD, I have a great passion for the subject matter and as such I simply aim to share that passion and help struggling students along the way in their academic journey. I would provide individual online lessons for my students where I explain the concept and utilise many practice questions with a focus on exam technique to ensure that my students can hone their skills as they learn. These lessons are each 1 hour, where I construct handwritten online notes live with my students to help guide them when they struggle. I have been tutoring for the past 5 years for students at several different skill levels, and I have the ability to adapt my teaching style to accommodate the individual needs of each student.
