About Aphiwe
I am a second-year Animal Science student at the University of Zululand in KwaDlangezwa. I grew up in KZN speaking isiZulu at home and English at school, so I understand the struggle of writing essays and answering tests in a second language. In first year I started helping friends edit lab reports and assignments, and I loved seeing their marks and confidence improve. I teach because I enjoy breaking difficult work into simple steps, and tutoring also helps me fund my studies.

My lessons are practical, not just theory. We start with your actual essay, test or homework. I break down grammar and structure into simple steps, explain in English or isiZulu, then we practise together. For proofreading, I return work within 24 hours with clear comments so you understand every correction, not just the red marks. I focus on building confidence for exams, improving marks steadily, and teaching study skills you can reuse in any subject. Every session ends with a short action plan, so you know exactly what to practise before the next lesson.
