About Ethan
I am a Chinese-American senior in high school with a teaching philosophy that prioritizes efficient goal achievement. I believe a student's learning ability and dedication are the keys to success. To achieve this, I use initial assessments to tailor a plan and focus on specific areas for improvement through repeated practice.
Before officially becoming a tutor, I spent time helping many younger students at my school. Witnessing their success, particularly in passing tests, has fueled my passion for tutoring. It has become not only a job but also a fulfilling hobby. In addition to academics, I have a keen interest in sports and chess.
I am available on weekends and from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me. Thank you!
In addition to being proficient in both Chinese and English, I offer assistance with daily school work and standardized tests such as the ACT and SAT. I have achieved notable scores of 1530 on the SAT and 35 on the ACT. Furthermore, I have successfully passed several AP exams, including AP Physics 1, Physics C Mechanics and E&M, Calculus AB and BC, Statistics, and Chemistry, all with a perfect score of five. My GPA is an impressive 4.0.
