About Mia

Whether you're drawn to classical sonatas or jazz improvisation, lessons are shaped around your style and goals. We work on phrasing, articulation, and tone to bring meaning to every piece. I also introduce composition basics, so students can create their own music from early on. Through harmonic analysis and storytelling, we uncover the deeper layers behind the notes. I support learners who enjoy structure and precision, as well as those who thrive on freedom and flow. Some students love diving into complex repertoire, while others shine through improvising and reinterpreting what they play.
