About Gregory
About Me – Coach Gregory | Licensed European Football Coach Hi! I’m Coach Gregory, a passionate and qualified European football coach with official coaching licenses from the English Football Association (FA). I bring a solid blend of European football knowledge and local experience to help young players develop both technically and mentally—always in a fun, challenging, and respectful environment. Over a time period of 4 years, I’ve coached players across a wide range of levels and backgrounds: - 2 years coaching grassroots football in England, where I built strong foundations in youth development and community coaching. - 2 years in Singapore with Barça Academy, focusing on technical excellence and game intelligence. Currently coaching a competitive youth team in the JSSL League, where we’ve achieved back-to-back promotions in 2024—a proud testament to our team spirit, training ethic, and attacking football philosophy. My coaching style supports energetic, fluent combination play—I love watching young players move the ball with confidence and creativity to unlock goal-scoring chances. While I’m a huge Arsenal FC fan, I warmly welcome players supporting all clubs (yes, even Spurs and Man United fans! :) ).

My Coaching Approach As a passionate and experienced football coach, my training philosophy is centered on individual growth, enjoyment, and adaptability. I offer 1-on-1 and small group sessions that allow me to focus deeply on each player’s needs, skill level, and learning pace. Whether your child is a complete beginner or already playing competitively, my training sessions are custom-tailored to help them improve their technique, confidence, and understanding of the game. Flexible Format: Sessions are available in 60 or 90 minutes, depending on age, attention span, and training goals. Each session combines technical drills, game awareness, and fitness in a way that keeps players engaged and progressing. Fun & Focused: I believe the best development happens when players enjoy what they’re doing. That’s why every session is designed to be fun, dynamic, and challenging, fostering both a love for the game and a strong work ethic. Mobile Coaching: I conduct sessions in various locations across Singapore, making it easy for families to train close to home or school. I adapt the training content to fit the facilities available while ensuring maximum value and safety. Whether you're looking for private sessions, siblings training together, or a small group of friends, I create a positive and structured environment where young players can grow their skills and confidence—on and off the pitch.
