About Tracy
I have an Honours Bachelor from University of Toronto where I studied Diversity Studies, English Literature and French as a Second Language. My prior work experience has been in the customer service industry where I've strengthened my communication and problem solving skills. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer, reading and writing.

My teaching methods are diverse and collaborative. I don't believe that there is one perfect approach to teaching and I find it is most effective to understand the student's perspective and adjust my methods accordingly. I feel it is best to foster open communication between teacher and student to work as a cohesive unit.
