About Kevin
I am a current 4th year student at UofT who has always done fairly well academically. I have been tutoring for quite some time, I used to work at Kumon in high school and I also did language tutoring for a while. I'm friendly and approachable, so feel free to ask me questions!

I teach by combining teaching information about the subject as well as how to approach questions in the subject. A common lesson plan would be first a warmup to gauge the student's level, a section of instruction followed by a chance for the student to practice what they've learned, and finally an assignment that allows the student to strengthen what they have learned. I would also have specific drilling sessions for concepts which the student particularly struggle with. These tutoring sessions would be ideal for students having trouble with the sciences at the middle school and high school level.
