About Karam
My name is Karam Chohan. I am 17 years old, in year 13 and study A Levels in Mathematics, Economics and Psychology. I attained a Grade 8 (A*) in my Maths GCSE and predicted to achieve a grade A in my A Level. I was once in your position, falling a bit behind on my Maths, needing extra support. However, I and the help of my tutor managed to increase my maths by 2 grades. I hope to make your lessons enjoyable and also very productive as I know what it feels like to be in your position. With the help of me and your consistent practice, I believe anything is possible and you can improve your maths tremendously.

My aim for the lessons is to ensure that the students have a full understanding of the content by giving them a brief rundown on how to answer a certain topic. After this, I give them some easier sample questions, which they can ask for help from me. Then finally, to ensure they have a very secure understanding of the topic, I give them some more difficult questions to answer which I then walk through how to answer. The typical length of my lessons are 60 minutes but this can vary slightly depending on the student’s preferences. My lessons are targeted at GCSE and also younger students who want additional support in their Maths.
