About Ishika
Hi! My names Ishika and I am a current year 12 student at Ursula Frayne Catholic College. I am currently studying 5 ATAR subjects which include English, literature, chemistry, human biology and maths applications.
I would like to say I do have experience in tutoring, however only through school-run programs and helping my friends during and after school. Although this isn't much, as a school student myself, I feel as though I could really help others by relating to them in their mission of trying to quickly understand course concepts and rushing to find the best study techniques to pass the upcoming pile of tests as I've been in that position a few too many times!
I hope to encourage students to ask as many questions as they want to in order to help them understand topics better, which they may struggle to do at school (we've all been there) but I also want to help them find the study/revision techniques that best suits them while also building good study habits that keep them motivated throughout the school year :)

As everyone has different ways of learning, I would facilitate my teaching towards what best suits their needs. I will give students resources such as practice exam/test questions and any other practice questions I find along the way. However, mainly I would help students with their homework or preparation for upcoming test/exams. Along the way, I would also help them with their study techniques (if needed).
