About Dustin
've been teaching for more than 3 years. In China, I taught physics for 2 years in New Oriental School, which is the most famous tutor centre in China. During the time, I've taught around 100 students. The achievements of this experience include:
• Increased most students' score by at least 20%
• More than 80% of students continued the class after finishing the previous one
• Awarded one of the best teachers of the term
After coming to Australia, I also keep teaching. In addition to physics, I also teach Chinese to local students. I've taught around 10 students in Australia during my spare time, and most of them like my class.

I'm an international student major in Engineering. I am good at science subjects. In my Physics class, I teach students based on their school schedule. Due to the fact that each student has different command in the subject, I will change my teaching method according to the students' status. In my class, I will try to improve the students' interest in the subject, and I will also try to make good relationship with students. Because I think student can easy to make progress when they like the subject and the teacher.
