About Alexander
I tutor students at my school mainly in math and English and would like to branch out. My rigorous course load has prepared me well to tutor younger students. By taking advanced math classes and various other honors and college-level courses my entire academic career, I want to be able to pass on my knowledge to younger students and see them succeed.

My teaching method is to explain the concept thoroughly and go through many examples of a specific problem and then have the student attempt to answer several questions until mastery of the material is shown. I take my lessons slow and want to make sure the student is grasping the concept.

I charge 20 dollars an hour and my first lesson is always free. Also, I encourage my students to send me questions they may be struggling with so that I will be able to help them even out of lesson hours.
