About Elijah
During my 4 years at university, I have worked as a teaching assistant and tutor to provide math, science, and computer science lessons to over 100 students, from elementary schoolers to college undergraduates. I always do my best to support each student’s unique needs in their educational journey. In every teaching setting I have been in, I make sure to create an inclusive friendly environment for us to learn. There is truly no such thing as a bad question, and I love seeing people's confidence and curiosity grow from good experiences learning!

Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Elijah, and I am passionate about creating fun, memorable learning experiences for every kid and adult I tutor with! My approach to tutoring is "people first, work second". A typical lesson with me will look like: - (1) Setting learning goals in math or CS - (2) Work toward those learning goals - (3) Revisiting learning goals and planning for future For some background about me and my teaching history, I have 3 years of experience tutoring in Nashville, both online and in person, and I have mainly tutored middle-school through college students in math, physics, and CS.
