I have my B-licence qualification from IFFA which allows me to take classes including yoga, pilates, body workout, aerobics, step aerobics, Legs, Bums & Tums, and many more. I am a certified trainer with a B Licence qualification, which allows me to create safe, effective, and structured workouts tailored to your goals. My classes focus on improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.
