My lesson for example on trigonometry begins from the basis of analysing a right angle triangle, identifying the three sides ( i.e opposite,Adjacent and Hypothesis with the included angle).With these three sides, we can now define the ratios sine,cosine and tangent, together with there reciprocials (i.e cosecant,secant and cotangent respectively).I can also use the same right angle triangle to establish trigonometry identities along with the Pythagoras theorem. From these bases we can solves simple to complex questions as so on. Teaching from the foundation is my primary focus and from there we bulid up confidence and one is good to go.
