About HOLLY
Hi, I've recently finished studying Veterinary Physiotherapy at Harper Adams University. I have extensive experience in teaching from working as an outdoor sports instructor for 10+ years and I enjoy applying this experience to teaching academic subjects.
I enjoy working with students to understand their individual needs and barriers to learning and adapting my teaching style to help them reach their goals.

I'm understanding of the pressure and challenges that studying can present and the frustrations of keeping on top of the workload. I'm therefore passionate about giving students the time they need to overcome their challenges, relieve stress, and achieve their goals.
Lessons are student centred and I encourage input from how they would like to be taught. I structure lessons around the relevant exam boards for guidance, from which we work through problems using demonstrations and previous exam papers. For those interested, I can offer work to be completed between sessions to reinforce learning and target weaknesses. I can also offer assessments and feedback, and help with school homework and assignments.
My strengths are teaching Maths in which I achieved an A at A level, and veterinary based biology and physiology from my degree.
