About Mel
Hi, I'm Mel. I graduated from the University of Adelaide with a degree in Chemical Engineering. I am a native Vietnamese speaker and have a strong academic background in Vietnamese Literature, in which I performed very well during high school.
I have more than ten years of experience working as a tutor and enjoy helping students improve their language skills and build confidence. As someone who has experience learning and teaching languages, I understand that every student has different learning needs and I always try to adapt my teaching approach accordingly.
Whether you are learning Vietnamese for everyday communication, travel, work, or simply out of personal interest, I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where you can learn at your own pace and feel comfortable practising the language.

I tailor my teaching methods to each student based on their individual needs and current language level. As a native Vietnamese speaker with a strong command of the language, I can help students develop their Vietnamese skills and become increasingly confident in speaking my mother tongue.
I always encourage my students and create a positive, supportive learning environment. I believe that encouragement and positive feedback can help students stay motivated, overcome their fears of making mistakes, and continuously improve their language skills.
