About Ekaterina
I am a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and have specialized experience with performance practice and Early Music. Classical music has been in my life from an early age. As a kid, I sang in the Houston Grand Opera children’s chorus for 8 years, before attending the local arts high school. I also am a big fan of jazz music and various music fusion combos.

Singing is a sport, a full body activity. Sometimes we can get stuck in a piece of music- it can be the difficulty of the piece, or it can be that we are in our own way, mentally or physically.
Whatever you need help with, I’m at your service. My teaching adapts to my students, I don’t teach one kind of way. I am here for the success of my students first most.
