About Eve
I am a specialist clinical dietitian and highly experienced Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. I have worked privately with clients for over a decade, providing expertise to meet personal goals. I have also been a university guest lecturer for 10 years after creating a nutrition module for final year human biology students. It is a great passion of mine to share knowledge with those who have the interest to take it in.

I can tutor you in nutrition studies, clinical nutrition and all aspects of exercise studies. Alternatively, you may be looking for help with personal nutrition and/or fitness goals - personalised programmes and meal plans can be created just for you and sessions can be delivered on a one-to-one basis online.
