About Nickolas
Nickolas Aurilius is a singer, musician, producer, writer, & composer. Nickolas was recognized at a very young age as being able to play anything he heard by ear on piano. His grandmother was a professional Accordion player in Greece & was a huge early influence on his love for music. Nick’s mother started calling him "Mozart" when just a child, after she saw him put his own spin on a song just after he heard it. Starting piano at the age of 4, he has developed his expertise with musical elements of jazz, film composition, classical, Afro-Cuban, Rhythm and Blues, Rock, Gospel and Greek music—combining aspects of his background to form his own new unique sound. This sound, signified by his diverse & ravishing style of singing & eccentric piano showmanship, bleeds through his producing. At age 7, Aurilius began playing & composing on the piano 3 hours every day until performing live at a professional level in his early teens. Now, his piano work has fueled his expansive knowledge of organs, synthesizers, & other keyboard-oriented production elements. He is also skilled guitarist, tenor saxophonist, and conga drummer. Forming several bands in his 10 year long performing career, he has performed in various clubs, resorts, and other venues in Toronto Canada, Cuba, and many European countries.

Are you looking to become a master of musical improvisation? Perhaps just getting your feet wet in singing, piano or guitar? Look no further! My name is Nickolas Aurilius, I'm a professional musician, composer, singer, & writer. Nickolas Aurilius. Starting piano at the age of 4, I studied privately with a Greek composer, where I learned so much about musical expression, improvisation, and creation. I have developed my musical expertise through classical, jazz, film composition, Afro-Cuban, Rhythm and Blues, Rock, Gospel and Greek music. As a singer, I've worked with Musical theatre folks, Opera, Pop, Rock, Crooner, & jazz! I've been a film composer & a music video creator. At age 7, I began playing & composing on the piano 3 hours every day until performing live at a professional level in my early teens. Forming several bands in my performing career, I've performed in various clubs, resorts, and other venues in Canada, Cuba, and many European countries.
I'm very excited to be your trusted music instructor - offering a wide range from beginner to advanced music students. While it's important to learn the fundamentals, at it's core, music is creativity, it's exploration, it's connection and expression.
