About Mahjabeen
I want to teach others as through my experience it brings me joy when others understand a concept or have that click in their brain when learning something. At times when preparing for either your GCSE or A-level exams when struggling with a concept you may try to watch videos online or look at solution banks however they may not attain to your specific needs as a student in terms of the type of question or difficulty or even the part that you may be stuck on. Therefore I would like to help and explain concepts and questions and adapt my teaching to make students understand and perform in their exams to the best of their ability to achieve the top grades.

A typical lesson would last one hour whereby I would use a whiteboard to explain the theory behind the topics with the key facts to keep in mind. Then I would work through example questions whilst encouraging the student to do the question simultaneously. Progressively the questions I would go through would have an increased level of difficulty whereby my sole aim of the lesson is to make sure the student fully understands the topic. The sessions would take place online, and are aimed either towards students sitting their GCSEs or A-levels. I have worked as a tutor for a company for about 2 years teaching maths and English to children.
