About Charika
I also dedicated extra time to support students who showed weaknesses in the subject, providing them with guidance and motivation. Questions were presented to them in a simple way, and they were told that answering in a few words was enough. Through this method, their dependence on memorization and fear of the subject were reduced. At times, practical experiments were repeated specifically for these students. This led to an improvement in their participation and activity levels. For some students, knowledge was enhanced not through writing, but entirely through activity-based learning. I deeply enjoy working with children because, compared to other professions, teaching brings little disappointment or frustration. The effort and dedication a teacher invests lead only to a path of fulfillment. Therefore, with this belief, I have always carried out my duties with joy, enthusiasm, and commitment.

Throughout my ten-year teaching career, I have always worked to guide children forward in every aspect. Alongside education, I contributed to initiatives that helped develop values, morals, and positive social attitudes.
Chemistry is a fascinating subject, and I have always presented it to students in a very simple and clear manner. This approach ensures that students engage willingly with the subject and related activities, preventing any sense of reluctance.
I have consistently taught all practical experiments relevant to these subjects. Even in schools without a laboratory assistant during my ten years of service, I took on that additional responsibility with great commitment. On certain days, I stayed back after school to prepare chemicals, equipment, experiments, lab manuals, and records on my own.
