About Allene
Chess boards sat on the kitchen table throughout my childhood. I started analyzing games by studying the logical movement of pieces rather than just memorizing lines.
This methodical approach earned me a Master of Science in Mathematics from UC Berkeley. Now I work with 145 students who enjoy weekly curated puzzle sets. My competitive mindset and focus on board vision define my practice. I enjoy seeing students grow into thoughtful thinkers.
