About Pete
I worked as a professional chef from 14 years, in London, working at some off the high end restaurants and gastro's around London, I also have a strong Caribbean influence in my cooking. I worked alongside Rick Stein, at his restaurant, the Harrison's. it was great because I worked alongside great chefs, learning and sharing skills and ideas.

In our classes you will learn how to make basic desserts, you will have fun, creating your own desserts, with the guidance of my classes.
Sponge cake, custard & biscuits etc. We aim to teach from 6 years old to 13 year old children, I have 15 years experience in catering and hospitality.
I have lots to share from my experience.
