About Victoria

I'm an ex-teacher and counsellor, who's dabbled in writing (I wrote a few education pieces that were published by a national newspaper and I write creatively for fun). As much I loved my work and it informs what I do now, I didn't feel as though I'd found my "thing" until I transitioned to coaching and I'm in the process of being accredited by the ICF.

The through-line in everything I've done so far has been to see who people are and to help them realise their potential. We all have our own perspectives, strengths and challenges and it's been an absolute honour throughout my career to be able to support, gently challenge and encourage people to live whatever their version of a best life is.

My practice is incredibly warm, professional, boundaried and I work to the highest of ethical standards. I absolutely love what I do and I see it as a genuine privilege.

About the lesson

Combining evidence-based psychology & neuroscience with philosophical wisdom, I'll work with you to make one small turn at a time to bring your day to day life into alignment.

My approach focuses on three pillars:
- developing micro-resilience to help you handle stress
- curating opportunities for joy in your existing life
- finding meaning, and finding ways to live your purpose
