About Christopher
I have been giving lessons as a fitness instructor for 6 years and teaching and mentoring over 20 trainers in the past 3 years.
Working i many different settings, I have adapted well to multi-cultural settings as well as teaching different age groups.
All my clients now live healthy-active lifestyles and and they continue to touch more people which is creating a ripple effect of positive strength

I believe in creating a relaxed, determined, encouraging, and focused atmosphere for my clients so that they can easily grasp what I expect from them in a session.
I excel in encouraging those who doubt themselves and I strongly believe that through support, patience, and an excellent work ethic, I can impart a positive approach to my clients.
I believe that through correct information regularly, individuals can be more aware of their progress and regression and can then make the necessary steps to feel rewarded.
I believe that the only thing that can add or take value away from your life is your health, so I am passionate about helping individuals be more aware of their health and encourage them to live healthy active lifestyles.

No extra costs. You will get a good discount if you purchase more sessions upfront.
All packages are month to month, and so packages should be completed before the start of a new month, unless previous arrangements have been made between you and I. Once sessions are scheduled, cancellation must be made 24 hours before session commences in order to save your session for future use. Any sessions not used by month end will not be carried over to the next month.
