About Garima
Hello, My name is Garima Sharma and I am a western vocalist based in Mumbai. I'm currently in the second year of college, pursuing a bachelor arts degree in Western Contemporary Music from Nmims School of Performing Arts. Music has always been my passion ever since I was 11 years old. I started my musical journey by learning guitar and singing a lot of taylor swift songs. I started training my vocals when I was 15 years old and I have loved it ever since. I got to know so much about what kind of a singer I am and what genres attract me the most. During covid, I leaned towards songwriting more so I took a 3 month songwriting course from Berklee College of Music. I've been blessed with some very wonderful teachers and the knowledge I've gained from them has helped me lot in my journey so I hope I can provide that help to others. My artistic influences are Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Queen, Eloise, Ed Sheeran, The 1975 and the Beatles.

This class, whether it's music theory, sight singing or vocal training, it would be for people who want to start off their musical journey and improve their skills. This journey can be hard sometimes so I'll be a very patient and friendly teacher. My teaching methods are mostly fun and effective so that the students feel comfortable enough to express themselves as an artist.
