About Arshan
I got interested in this field once I saw my parents were starting to age and were losing mobility and strength. I wanted to learn more about wellness and fitness, so I could apply those lessons to better my parents' aging process. Helping people manage pain and then overcoming their perceived limitations and set new PRs that they never imagined they could do is a big motivator. I’ve always been passionate about fitness. I got into working out in high school, and I’m 33 now, during that entire period, I don’t think I’ve gone more than a couple of weeks without doing some form of exercise. Healthy living was ingrained in me from a young age through my grandpa, who has always been fit and healthy. He is in his 90s now and still does some kind of exercise, whether that be walking or even some weightlifting.

I've been working in the field for over two years. During that time I've helped clients lose over 20lbs of fat within 16 weeks, as well as quicker weight loss journeys. Additionally, I've helped clients recomp successfully through hypertrophy phases mixed with proper nutrition guidelines. Along with that, strength minded clients have been able to add over a 100lbs to their compound lifts while achieving their lifelong PRs in several different lifts.
I've also worked with a range of clients which include teens to individuals over 60+. During this time, I've gained experience on how to help people with their individual needs whether that be building up specific body parts, losing unwanted fat or working around injuries/pain areas like bad lower backs or knees.

$350 for 10 sessions (must be used within the month)
Online Training Pricing:
$150 per month (16 week plan)
