About Elizabeth
As I mentioned, I've been a writing tutor/editor since sophomore year of high school, and now hold a Bachelors from Brown University in Literary Arts. At Brown we wrote original works each week and critiqued them with our classmates and professor. I've been hyper focused on sentence and paragraph structure since my science academy middle school, where I was put through stringent English/Writing lessons.

When starting with a new tutee, I always ask what their assignment or objective is, and for their rubric, if applicable. Then, we can discuss their ideas versus what they have on the page/computer screen. From there, we strengthen and build the argument/narrative until we have clarified what the tutee is trying to say.
