About Emir
I graduated from an Anatolian high school where I studied English. I am now studying at Kırklareli University in the Translation and Interpreting Department. I have never had students before and I’m not experienced in teaching as I learned English on my own; however, don't let this fool you. I’ve been speaking English for many years now as if it were my native language. I can also understand English texts easily. Since I know very well how foreign language teaching works in our educational system, I’d like to use different methods. Instead of memorization, I’m willing to give my students an opportunity to express their minds and expose them to this foreign language with which they have to make do and communicate. As they get better, they will be learning new things along the way.

Courses should always start by motivating you to learn, that’s for sure. Since I am very positive and have an energetic personality, people tend to be happier and always in the mood to do something when they’re around me. Also, because a foreign language is learned primarily by hearing and speaking, I leave my students no option but to get out of their comfort zone and speak. I also prefer the people I'm teaching to be around the same age as me.

Details
Students that do not have a basic foundation of English are to pay 60TL.
Classes cancelled due to having many responsibilities both in my university club and school -as well as my classes being very overwhelming at times- are compensated free of charge.
