I have various approaches to teach. One thing cannot be taught or learnt in one specified way. There can be multiple approach for one single thing . My approach lies in mentoring the students and then pusing them to learn things and teach me so that in the course I can figure out how much they have learnt and how much more I need to mentor them on the same. I give them repetitive assignments which would demand them to widen their analytical, logical thinking in order to solve the assignments.
