About Dalia
I'm a professional Italian vinegrower and winemaker, graduated at Milan university in Italy, WSET level 3 certified, 11 years of experience in the industry internationally, with a passion for my work and wines.
After years working around the world, I moved to South Africa to support my husband graduating in winemaking and continue with my professional career in the wine industry.

Wine history, wine and cultures, making processes, the different types of wines around the world ( Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, New world ...etc), tasting techniques and pairing, the vines and how to grow them.
