About Amy
I am an intern Biokineticist specialising in Neuro rehab with a great passion for people and the wonders of our human bodies. Originally from Johannesburg, I have fallen in love with the Western Cape after my 4 years of studying at Stellenbosch University. Being outdoors and in the mountains/ on the beach is what I enjoy most (along with Kristen’s kickass ice cream of course). I love meeting new people and would love to be able to get to know you too through our sessions together!

Your personal training lessons are 100% adapted to you and, not only to your goals, but also to the areas of your body that may require some extra work to prevent injury. Upbeat sessions for sport-specific training, general conditioning, weight loss, or even just to do the exercises that you enjoy most with some guidance. As an intern Biokineticist and a registered health care practitioner, my knowledge expands further than your general personal trainers.
