About Francis
I have ample experience in accounting and the guidelines that have progressed my career as an accountant are embedded in the various industries that I have committed accounting work to. I contribute accounting to the academic field by utilizing accounting within educational roles and within upper management. This allows for the academics to be maintained in accordance with the financial wellness of the company which fluctuates throughout the fiscal year.
I believe what makes me unique as a candidate is my capacity to apply the logic and reasoning associated with being an accountant and the flexibility of being an entrepreneur which are driving forces to evoke change and innovation within any organization. I have excellent collaboration and leadership skills as well as the ability to prioritize work responsibilities above academic work and research. I possess the ability to conduct and provide accounting and financial literacy advice when preparing taxation under the IRS program that allows me to apply federal tax laws in various capacities.

With my detail-oriented skills, I have earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in Accounting and Entrepreneurship under the University of South Florida Business Honor Program with more than 150 credit hours attained. The full-time positions, internships, and coursework granted through the Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy have made me adept in utilizing finances to promote the fiscal objectives of the company and improve financial wellness; learning the art of investments and asset management. A position with this company will allow the company’s target financial goals to be elevated every week, month, and quarter. I can become a part of the financial team and strengthen the efforts of my colleagues as they take the initiative to lead and guide the fiscal department.
I have a great passion for business, accounting, and entrepreneurship and I would like to contribute all of these skills to this company. I have a background in staff accounting for nonprofits, firms, the IRS/government, academics, and other areas that have built my experience in multiple industries of accounting. These areas include fiscal accounting, deposit/check processing, taxation/tax preparation, auditing, and financial analysis. These experiences enable me to be keen and astute in the values of accountability for every action taken at work. As a professional, I utilize integrity in financial reporting to adhere to the privacy standards and laws between businesses, firms, and practices. Within the workspace, cooperation and collaboration are important as well as respect for the company’s time and a commitment to a common goal. This has the ability to promote work ethic and drive by creating a newfound passion for the financial industry, your employer, and the business industry as a whole. The financial industry is expansive and volatile at large. Requirements for any candidate are the ability to be agile and flexible amongst these changes in the market.
I envision financial planning aligning with the professional goals of the company within a specified time frame whether it be consistent on a monthly basis or within the fiscal year. I align the professional ambitions of a company by maintaining the financial infrastructure as well as the daily operations of the company. This includes budgeting as the priority when conducting the research necessary to meet the monthly supply requirements, purchases, and revenue needed to meet profitability. As companies continue to reach and attain new levels of financial independence, the administration, faculty, and staff are able to utilize these opportunities to expand growth within their organizations. This creates the capacity to be more efficient within the academic industry at the same rate that financial growth cultivates learning concepts such as financial literacy, budgeting, financial trend analysis, and technological development necessary for administrative wellness.
