About Ander
Hi, I’m a singing tutor with over ten years of experience and a Licentiate of Music in Voice. I specialize in working with adult beginners, hobbyists, and those returning to singing after a long break. My goal is to create a welcoming, low-pressure space where learning feels joyful and encouraging. In our sessions, we focus on breathwork, vocal relaxation, posture, and mindfulness to help your voice feel free and supported. I believe tone development is not about pushing—it’s about awareness, balance, and trust in your unique sound. Whether you love Jazz, Folk, Blues, or Contemporary Adult styles, I tailor each lesson to suit your goals and musical taste. Many of my students come to singing as a form of self-care or a creative outlet. Watching them grow in confidence and expression is what I love most about teaching. I’m here to guide you gently, whether you're starting from scratch or picking up where you left off. It’s never too late to discover the joy of singing. For tracking vocal practice and goals, apps like *Vocalist Lite* or *Voice Tools* help monitor progress gently. Mindfulness timers such as *Insight Timer* can center your attention before singing, turning practice into a calm ritual.
