About Erin
With a passion for education and the arts, I have dedicated the past 10 years to teaching singing to students from school to college. My journey began when I discovered the power of music to inspire and connect people. Since then, I have worked hard to share this passion with others.
I believe that every student has a unique voice and story to tell. My goal is to help each student find and develop their singing talent, whether they are just starting or looking to refine their skills. I create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable exploring their abilities.
One of my proudest achievements was organizing a school music showcase, where students had the opportunity to perform in front of an audience. Seeing their confidence grow as they shared their voices was truly inspiring.
I continuously seek to improve my teaching methods by attending workshops and collaborating with other music educators. I am committed to helping my students not only become better singers but also develop a lifelong love for music. Together, we can unlock their full potential and make beautiful music!

My teaching methodology focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. I believe that compassion is key; I listen to each student's needs and goals, making them feel comfortable as they explore their singing abilities.
I use real-life examples and case studies to show how different singing techniques work in various musical styles. This approach helps students understand the practical application of what they learn. For instance, we might analyze famous singers and their techniques to inspire and guide students in developing their unique sound.
Creativity is at the heart of my lessons. I encourage students to express themselves and experiment with different styles, whether it’s pop, classical, or jazz. This not only makes learning fun but also helps students find their passion for singing.
Flexibility is crucial in my teaching. I adapt my lessons to fit each student’s pace and learning style, ensuring that everyone progresses at their own speed. Lastly, I emphasize accountability, encouraging students to set goals and track their progress. Together, we celebrate achievements, no matter how small, fostering a sense of accomplishment and motivation.
In addition to singing, I can teach related subjects like music theory and performance skills, making my lessons well-rounded and comprehensive.
